I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities are top-notch - the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for a relaxing day in. The location of the hotel is in a large handsome garden in a quiet quarter high above this city, providing peaceful surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice, home-made jams, and eggs made to order by the staff. Speaking of staff, they were incredibly helpful and went beyond my expectations, offering transportation advice and re-arranging deliveries to make my stay more enjoyable.

The views from the terrace and pool were breathtaking. We enjoyed the peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town. the staff were very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice about the surrounding area.
The bed was uncomfortably hard and we could hear noise from other rooms. Access to the pool area was through a rough garden area, which was unsightly and uncomfortable when leaving the pool with wet feet.

The hotel offered great service from knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was amazing and continental with many options for all guests to enjoy. The location was perfect for relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful environment.
The hotel was quite far from any attractions or restaurants and required the use of a car every time we wanted to go out, which was not ideal. the common areas felt scruffy and could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and organization.

The shared balcony is not fully separated from neighbours and may lack privacy.
